Our location
Visit us at our clinic site by scheduled appointment. We are located at 2271 Quail Road, Chapman, Kansas 67431.
Appointment hours
Patients are seen by scheduled appointments only. There is some flexibility, but appointments are primarily available Monday - Friday from 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm (for home visits, telehealth, and in-clinic appointments) and every other Saturday from 9:00 am - 11:00 am (at the clinic site).
I know these are limited but I will expand them as the need arises.
