How to get started
All visits are by appointment only. We offer home and telehealth appointments between 4:30 - 6:30 pm Monday through Friday. Additionally, we have walk-in clinic hours from 9:00 - 11:00 two Saturdays a month at our clinic located at 2271 Quail Road, Chapman, KS 67431.
